My name is Cristian Rubanovici and I am a legal advisor focusing on large-scale energy and infrastructure projects, with experience both in-house and as external counsel.
I am currently pursuing an LL.M. in Law, Science & Technology at Stanford Law School (2026), with the goal of combining my energy expertise with a deeper understanding of the U.S. and global energy sector.
I advise on global energy and infrastructure projects, including offshore wind, CCS, BESS and PtX.My work centres on drafting and negotiating commercial and construction contracts (incl. FIDIC-based EPC and hybrid/multi-contracting arrangements), assisting with procurement tenders, preparing and reviewing project documentation, working closely with project stakeholders, and handling claims in multi-tier dispute resolution processes throughout the project lifecycle.
